The automatic honey extractor is of a large-sized. It has a high capacity and designed for pumping honey in apiaries with up to 250 beehives. For pumping the frames are arranged horizontally and the cassettes are fully rotatable.
Number of pumped-out frames at a time:
- 145 mm - 18 pcs,
- 230 mm (Ruth) - 9 pcs,
- 300 mm (Dadan) - 9 pcs.
Chordial honey extractor (cassette), МК9П, 12/220V is made from the following materials:
1. Tank:
- Material: AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel.
- Wall thickness, mm: 0.8,
- Bottom thickness, mm: 0,8,
- Tapered bottom,
- Welded tap, 2 pcs.
2. Drum (rotor):
- Drum type: chordial (cassette),
- Material: AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel,
- Shaft: AISI 304 round bar.
3. Frame (legs and cross member assembly):
- Material - steel 3,
- Thickness of the material, mm: at least 2.5 mm.
The honey extractor is driven by a gear motor with continuously variable speed regulation.
There is also a control panel “BeeStar” with 9 recorded automatic programs that can be edited (any of 9 programs can be edited, the setting instruction and the characteristics of the standard programs are described in the general data sheet on the honey extractor). The standard controller has 6 programs for the radial type and 3 for the cassette type. The programs differ in speed and pumping time.
Pumping time on the honey extractor МК9(300), 220 V: from 3 to 5 minutes.
For protection during the operation, the control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button, the tank with frames is covered with special protective polycarbonate glass (also serves as protection against contamination), which is attached to the hinges.
Warranty for the honey extractor МК9 (300), 220V is 24 months.
