RADIAL HONEY EXTRACTOR МР-48н for 48 frames, 12/220V, stainless steel

Honey extractor of middle-sized, designed for honey extraction in apiaries of up to 150 beehives. The honey extractor has a radial frame arrangement. A radial arrangement of frames with different numbers of frames is used for pumping, depending on the type of standard frame:

• 145 mm - 48 pcs,

• 230 mm (Ruth) - 48 pcs,
• 300 mm (Dadan) - 24 pcs.

Thickness of the material, mm: at least 2.5 mm.

The honey extractor is driven by a gear motor with continuously variable speed regulation.

There is also a control panel “BeeStar” with 6 recorded automatic programs that can be edited (any of 6 programs can be edited, the setting instruction and the characteristics of the standard programs are described in the general data sheet on the honey extractor). The programs differ in speed and pumping time.

Pumping time on the honey extractor МР-48н, 12V/220V:

Frame 145 mm - 13-18 min.,

Frame 230 mm (Ruth) - 23-28 min.,

Frame 300 mm (Dadan) - 33 min.

For protection during the operation, the control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button, the tank with frames is covered with special protective polycarbonate glass (also serves as protection against contamination), which is attached to the hinges.

Warranty for the honey extractor МР-48н, 12V/220V is 24 months.
